They want a helpful, thorough introduction to fertility awareness, cycle syncing and hormone health tools and techniques.

It's hard to find an affordable course that will teach you how to chart for health, cycle sync AND support your hormone health-- so here it is! Many health and wellness courses skip over basic hormone support, are extremely restrictive or don't give you the tools to apply the framework to your own life. The Hack Your Hormones Course not only teaches you to chart your fertility signs, but also sets the foundation for healthy hormones without obsession or restriction.




I'm super busy... Do I have time for this course?

YES! This course was designed for people with busy lifestyles, since you can access it whenever you want from wherever you have WiFi. You'll get all the lessons at once, so you can make your way through them on your own time. So, you could choose to plow through it in a weekend, or space it out over a couple months. You'll have lifetime access to the course, so if you get it now and need to wait to start, it'll be there when you're ready.




What if I’m on birth control?

This could still be a great opportunity for you! If you’re not currently ovulating (as is the case with some hormonal birth control options), then your hormones are not cycling in the way I outline in the course. However, you might be planning to get off birth control in the near future, in which case all of this info would be so valuable for you to know and prepare! If you ARE ovulating (which is possible on some hormonal birth control options and non-hormonal options like the copper IUD), then everything in the course currently applies to you.




I’m not getting my period at all. Is this still for me?

Since this course focuses on a naturally occurring cycle, it could prepare you for what will happen when you get your period back, even if you don’t have it now. So you can still get a great knowledge foundation even if you don’t have a period, and learn some hormone-balancing tips! Some clients without periods opt to “sync” with the 29 day moon cycle, and many find that this helps regulate their cycle once their period returns. I do highly recommend private coaching if you’ve lost your period, since it often takes a personalized strategy to recover it.




Will this teach me birth control?

This package isn’t a replacement for a FAM for birth control course, but it will help you start charting your cycles to set you up for success if you decide to learn guidelines for birth control later on.



How long will it take for me to notice a difference in my life?

In general, lifestyle changes and habits take about three cycles to reflect in periods and menstrual cycles. (Because your ovaries are working several months in advance!) However, many people start to notice a true difference within just a few weeks. Some aspects of hormone health are noticeable within weeks (like balancing blood sugar for energy and mood balance), while other aspects are solidified over a longer time (like tuning into your cyclical patterns and adapting your exercise habits). When you start implementing all the tools in the course, give about three cycles to notice big changes, but know that you'll likely feel better in certain areas sooner.
